This study sheds light on: 1) how best to communicate with parents of children in pre-kindergarten to grade 3 about their children’s math and literacy learning, 2) access to and capacity for using Interactive White Board (IWB) technology in pre-kindergarten to grade 3 schools and programs, and 3) access to and capacity for using other technologies in pre-kindergarten to grade 3 schools and programs.
